Form Rule by Law to Rule of Law-China's Path to the Law-based Education Governance was written by Professor Shen Suping of Renmin University of China.The book is one of the serial books that systematically introduce how China has embarked on the path of education modernization by managing education in a law-based manner.The translation of the whole book is a group work where the translator is responsible for Chapter Three(word count: 18548).This chapter mainly elaborates on the rule of law showed in educational administrative law enforcement.This report consists of four parts: task description,process description,case analysis and conclusion.During the translation process,the translator finds it difficult to agree on terms with her teammates and to cope with such a heavy workload.Therefore,YiCAT is selected to be the major translation tool.Following the principles of academic translation and the publishing norms of academic works,the translator solves the translation problems by consulting relevant references and dictionaries.Through this translation practice,the author knows the importance of pre-translation preparation and teamwork,and the important role of data analysis in case analysis.The translator hopes that translating this book will enable other countries to better understand the importance of the rule of education in China's education reform and development and the realization of education modernization.Hopefully,this translation practice will provide some reference for future legal translation practices.
