Analysis And Countermeasures Of Chinese Culture Curriculum At Confucius Institute Of Karachi University

With the coming of economic globalization,China's international influence is increasing.In order to let the whole world have a thorough understand to China,so our country implements the "going out" strategy of language and culture,establishes Confucius Institutes around the world,and takes it as the platform to strengthen the dissemination and promotion of Chinese and excellent culture.Language and culture are interdependent,and the teaching of language and culture are inseparable.Accomplishing a successful cross-cultural communication in a foreign language,not only need to master the basic language knowledge and skills,but also to have a deep understanding of the culture hided the language.This article based on the information of the Karachi Confucius Institute(Kada kongyuan for short)mainly studies the current situation and problems of the Chinese culture curriculum,the way of research includes questionnaire survey,observation,document analysis,online interview and inductive summary.I carried out an investigation on the cultural curriculum and its present teaching condition of the Karachi Confucius Institute,and made a comprehensive analysis and Reflection on the survey results.I found that there are many problems in the Chinese culture curriculum of the Karachi Confucius Institute,such as the problems of cultural course setting,the teachers' teaching should be improved,the lack of teaching materials and supplies,raising the encouragement of policies,and the poor consciousness of students' learning.These problems against the improvement of teaching quality.Therefore,I hope to put forward some practical suggestions from the perspective of previous research results and my practice,I wish my study can provide the reference effect for the cultural teaching of Chinese as a second language teaching in Karachi,accelerating the influence of Chinese culture on Karachi,and providing some help for the dissemination of Chinese and its culture in the region.
