An Analysis Of The Relationship Between The Land Reclamation Law Of The Qing Dynasty And The Northeast Immigrants In The Late Qing Dynasty—1840-1911

In the nearly 300 years of the Q ing Dynasty,there were several large-scale migration tides.The first few were mainly caused by natural disasters and man-made disasters,which made the people move in the Guannei area.For the Northeast immigrants,the main reason is the promulgation of the reclamation law of the Q ing Dynasty.In the historical development of our country,the development of legal system is particularly important.The rule and development of the country need the support of law.As a feudal d ynasty,the most important means of production and wealth is land,so the legal system of land is particularly important.In order to reclaim a lot of wasteland,improve the use efficiency of wasteland,solve the problems of people's life,and promote the effective development of economy and society,the Q ing Dynasty issued the reclamation law with the reclamation of wasteland as the main content.At that time,most of the land reclamation laws were issued in the form of imperial edicts,and different land reclamation laws were issued in different periods.In Shunzhi period,because the land was not cultivated,in Daoguang period,the Northeast was forbidden to resist the invasion of Russia,in Xianfeng Period,the Northeast was fully opened in Guangxu period,the content of reclamation law was enriched and developed.With the promulgation of the reclamation law,a large number of people poured into the northeast,which laid a good foundation for the future development of the northeast.Based on the social and legal background of the late Qing Dynasty(1840-1911),this paper studies the relationship between the reclamation law and the Northeast immigrants in the late Q ing Dynasty,that is,the rights granted by the reclamation law to the Northeast immigrants a nd the impact on the social development of the northeast at that time;on the contrary,the Northeast immigrants in the late Q ing Dynasty had an impact on the promulgation and implementation of the reclamation law,and put forward their own ideas.In the late Q ing Dynasty,the land reclamation law and the Northeast immigrants had mutual influence.They were closely related in the legal system,and jointly promoted the development of society,politics,economy,culture,life,national defense and other aspects in the northeast of the late Qing Dynasty.
