Land Reclamation In Baγarin Right/left Qosiγu During The First 30 Years In 20^th Century

Land reclamation at the end of Qing dynasty and beginning of Republic of China in the Mongolian area was always focused on by the foreign scholars, a great deal of fruits were gained during these long time. Land reclamation in Baγarin right /left qosiγu during the first 30 years in 20^th century was singled out to be the subject of this paper, raw documents and materials were used to the best, other related materials were widely referenced, the beginning of the reclamation, reclamation process and dissension on land in two Baγarin qosiγu were discussed and analyzed. This paper was composed of three parts, namely preface, main text and conclusion. The preface includes meaning of project, innovation of paper, analysis of content, situation of research, historical materials. main text includes five chapters, chapter one describes the background of land reclamation in Baγarin right /left qosiγu, Beginning with The basic situation and the policy turning toward Mongolia in the end of Qing dynasty. Chapter two is named "Land reclamation in Baγarin right /left qosiγu in the end of Qing dynasty". In the process of governmental reclamation, reclamation of Baγarin right /left qosiγu began. Chapter three is named "reclamation of Baγarin right /left qosiγu during Beiyang Government time". Beiyang Warlord proceed with the Qing dynasty reclamation policy, reclamation scale was widened. Chapter four is "the disafforestation of mountain and kinds of land issue". With the reclamation developed north, Han Mountain was disafforested. The end of this chapter ,taking examples of those issues occurring after the reclamation. The conclusion was concluded of the whole paper.
