Research On The Psychological Capital Construction Of Grassroots Police

Psychological capital refers to the positive psychological state expressed by individuals in the process of growth and development,which has an important impact on the behavior of individuals,employees and leaders and organizational development.Based on the psychological capital theory,social cognitive theory,behavioral science management theory and system management theory,the study explored the definition of grassroots public security police psychological capital,structure,influence factors and function,and analyzed the structure of the support.On this basis,the present situation of the construction of grass-roots police psychological capital especially the problems and reasons are analyzed through the questionnaire survey.It is found that the current grass-roots police psychological capital construction has achieved substantial results,however,there are still some problems such as insufficient attention,social security shortage and unsatisfactory effect.The main causes of problems are that the leadership of grassroots police organs needs to be improved,the organizational culture construction needs to be strengthened,the capability and quality of the police needs to be improved,and the level of professional security needs to be enhanced.This paper puts forward the special approaches to strengthen the psychological capital construction of grassroots police: strengthening and improving the grassroots police leaders by perfecting the leadership management system and the leadership quality training mechanism;enhancing the organizational culture construction by strengthening the fair management cultural construction and promoting the cultural level of harmonious police battalion;strengthening the construction of police capability and quality training mechanism by strengthening the assessment mechanism construction of police capability and quality training,construction and management of police training and learning mechanism,and the construction of police post rotation system;perfecting the police professional security system construction by improving the coordination mechanism of police supply and demand,the professional security system of police and the protection mechanism of law enforcement rights.
