Research On The Relief Of Refugees In Guizhou During The Period Of Full-scale Anti-Japanese War

The Period of full-scale Anti-Japanese War,the Japanese invasion caused huge property losses and casualties to China.Many people have been forced to leave their homes and lead a difficult life of displacement and homelessness,forming a wave of refugees moving west.In order to solve the problems faced by the refugees in life and provide relief for them,the National government formulated relief measures for refugees in wartime and carried out relief work for them.During this period,guizhou province,as the rear area of the Anti-Japanese War in southwest China,was bombarded and invaded by the Japanese army,and under the influence of natural disasters,refugees were born in Guizhou province.Moreover,as a large number of refugees from other provinces fled to Guizhou,the number of refugees in Guizhou exploded.In addition to a series of problems such as food,clothing,shelter and transportation,refugees also affected the local social order and public security management.Constrained by economic strength,Guizhou needs to spend a lot of materials to provide relief to a large number of refugees.However,for the relief of refugees in wartime,Guizhou province has set up special refugee relief agencies,and formulated and implemented specific measures and policies related to refugee relief.In addition,relevant social organizations,charities and other organizations are also actively helping refugees.During this period,Guizhou province failed to achieve the expected relief effect in spite of some shortcomings in the relief process of refugees and the joint influence of many factors.However,during the war,Guizhou still tried its best to relieve the refugees,solve the basic living difficulties of the refugees,stabilize the social order,preserve strength for and support the Anti-Japanese War.During the total Anti-Japanese War,Guizhou made an important contribution to the relief of refugees.
