The wave of "Chinese fever" has promoted the opening of Confucius Institute all over the world,as well as the development of Chinese teachers' volunteers to provide Chinese teaching abroad.Volunteers for Chinese teachers working abroad will inevitably face conflicts caused by cultural differences in their educational work and life,which will affect their work efficiency and teaching quality.At present,in the study of cross-cultural conflict in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,the academic circles mainly pay attention to the situation in Southeast Asia.This study take the volunteers of Chinese teachers to Germany as the research object,reseach and analyse the conflicts caused by the cultural differences By literature research,questionnaire and case analyzing method,this study analyse the cross-cultural conflict of Chinese teachers and hope to provide some reference for the work and life of Chinese teachersIt is found that in terms of basic abilities most of the volunteers were not good enough at foreign languages and could only carry out basic communication;In terms of work and life,the volunteers have some difficulties in dealing with accommodation and transportation,they also lack of understanding and identification to the German cultural system and have some difficulties in interpersonal communication,In terms of psychological status,there are worries about career prospects and some problems in the teaching process in terms of role adaptation.This paper describes the typical cases of cross-cultural conflict among Chinese teachers in Germany,analyzes the causes of cross-cultural conflict,and I think that in terms of macroscopical aspect the causes of cross-cultural conflict mainly include national character differences,group thinking mode differences,social behavioral differences and religious difference.In terms of microsocopical aspect the causes mainly include volunteers' personality characteristics,individual values,language ability,energy and so on.Based on this,I puts forword:to deal with the cross-cultural conflict,we should improve and perfect it from the level of volunteer teachers themselves and related service management institutions,to promote the volunteers of Chinese teachers of Germany to improve the understanding of cultural differences,adapt to the culture of the destination country as soon as possible and reduce the conflict as much as possibleCompared with the previous studies,this paper takes the 30 volunteers of Chinese teachers to Germany as the object of concern,describes the actual situation of cross-cultural conflict of Chinese teachers' volunteers in Germany by means of questionnaire survey and case analysis,and the research has the innovation of the subjects concerned and the novelty of the research materials.The conclusion of this study has certain guiding significance for future Chinese teachers and volunteers to acculturate and work in Germany.
