The traditional teaching idea has fallen behind,and it is difficult to adapt to the current demand.Teaching materials are being replaced by the concept of "teaching materials".The redevelopment of teaching materials has become an inevitable trend.In particular,the secondary development of teaching materials is the requirement of teaching material reform.Under the new management system of teaching materials,the functions of teaching materials have changed accordingly.Therefore,the construction of teaching materials is a problem that every teacher has to face.In addition,the concept of quality education has been put forward in China and gradually been fully implemented.The construction of teaching materials is becoming more and more perfect,and great efforts have been made in this regard.There are various versions of primary school English textbooks.However,these textbooks are formulated by the state and can not meet the actual needs of schools and students.The implementer of the course of teaching knowledge is also the designer of the course,so teachers should be given certain rights in the process of secondary development of teaching materials.As front-line workers,teachers not only have a high degree of familiarity with teaching materials,but also have a good understanding of the needs of students,and deeply understand the requirements of quality education.Therefore,teachers' participation in the secondary development of teaching materials can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the secondary development of teaching materials,enhance the professional quality of teachers,better improve the current teaching practice,and ensure the quality of teaching materials The goal of certificate teaching can be realized smoothly.According to the requirements of the current curriculum reform,we can see that the secondary development of teaching materials is an important part of the new curriculum reform.The focus of this research is on the development and use of teaching materials.Through this research,primary school English teachers can fully understand the key points and difficulties of the course,accurately grasp the teaching objectives,and organize and carry out primary school English teaching more effectively.From the perspective of teachers,this paper analyzes the relevant problems in the process of secondary development of primary school English textbooks,including significance,principles,process,existing problems,implementation strategies and so on.Combined with the problems found in the compilation of "core content and key knowledge-teaching and learning" and the investigation and analysis,based on the two perspectives of theory and practice to guide the secondary development of teaching materials.This paper is divided into five chapters.In the second part,it summarizes the main content,the background and the value of the primary school English teaching materials The fourth part reflects on the "secondary development" of primary school English teaching materials,and takes primary school English teaching materials as the core to formulate and implement the "secondary development" strategy;the fifth part puts forward the conclusion and future prospects.
