Research On China Minority Area's Social Organization,about Issues And Countermeasures In Developing

Today the government has repeatedly stressed innovative social governance system,whic h means the social governance body diversification,and means leading and co-management of social change from government to government-led.This governance makes the government,s ociety and citizens participate in these three bodies together to govern the country and society in the past.Governance needs the community to participate in social organizations.In recent y ears,various forms of social organization gradually penetrated into people's lives to a large ext ent contributed to the social and economic development and progress.Therefore,improving so cial organizational capacity and ability to participate in governance of self-government has bec ome a new direction of development of social organization and management innovation.Minority our wide geographical distribution,mainly in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Ningxia,Guangxi,Tibet,Yunnan,Guizhou,Gansu.The level of economic development in the re gion is low,and the government management and service to the community of the high degree is difficult,which became a good opportunity for development of social organizations.Social t ransition,prominent social contradictions,the old ideological values,social disorder and other problems have become increasingly prominent,and the citizens of democracy,fairness,justice,growing demand,the role of social organizations have become increasingly prominent.While Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a region inhabited by ethnic minorities,the fusion Han relatively high.But on the other hand,due to the ethnic minority areas,the difficulty of gover nment will increase accordingly,even a considerable part of social management and public ser vice is still in position to attend.This situation resulted in Region's economic backwardness,b ut also affect the harmony and stability in border areas.This particular social organizations onthe organization can play an extremely important role in promoting the transformation of gove rnment functions and create a good social management pattern.Recently,the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas continues,the increasing emergence of social organizations,in the communication relationship between government and citizens to participate in social welfare undertakings,the provision of public services,the protection of national culture and religious culture and resolve ethnic disputes have played a an important role.However,the minority areas of social organizations face in developing a small community organization and management competence and coverage,lack of social resources associated with participation in cultural protection is not enough and the lack of standardized mediate ethnic disputes and other issues,greatly constrain the social organization development.Therefore,the need to speed up the legal system,to optimize system norms,in order to strengthen the internal construction of social organization,as well as to create a good social environment,to create the necessary conditions for the healthy development of social organizations.
