Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Voluntary Service In Hubei Province

Recent years,with the rapid growth of economy,consciousness of citizen participation growing,the implementation of voluntary service has been more and more important to the co nstruction of service-oriented government.Under the present atmosphere of constructing soci alist harmonious society,voluntary service has the characteristics of public helpful,focused o n non-profit social activity,attract large amount of citizens.It is the most easy way for our citi zens to participate in public governance,as well as an important method of constructing a serv ice-oriented government,therefore it appears to be very important to develop voluntary servic e vigorously.As the voluntary service developing,there has been more and more problems,to develop voluntary service wisely,firstly we should improve the legal system on protection of voluntee rs rights,secondly the government should ensure the necessary financial and policy support.Hubei province is an outstanding example on the national voluntary service field,this thesis a nalyzed deeply on the present problems of Hubei voluntary service,focused on introducing a feasible incentive and security policy to improve the security system of Hubei voluntary service.This thesis take Baibuting voluntary service as example,research and analyze the grid management system on voluntary service in Baibuting society governance,analyze the interac tion among different subjects,to improve the development of voluntary service by community governance.Voluntary service will gradually spread its spirit effect and expand the fields of volunteer service.
