The Study On Elderly Voluntary Service Present Situation And Problems Of Research

With the deepening of the aging population of China, the elderly population is growing up. Elderly volunteer service has become a great concern of the whole society. Elderly volunteer service is an important content of social work, and how to do elderly volunteer service is still a problem of voluntary service in our country. Volunteer service is to point to anyone on the premise of not for material reward, voluntary contributions personal time and energy, to promote the human development and social progress and social welfare undertakings and provide service.Elderly volunteers is a powerful force of volunteer service in our country.In the daily life of the community, elderly volunteer service in education, environmental protection, maintenance activities, such as public security and the help age, offers plenty of volunteer service.This article selected the elderly volunteers at LZ community of Pukou in Nanjing, and using literature method, questionnaire survey and interview method to collect data,on the basis of the elderly volunteer service personnel's basic questionnaire and the interview data, and the elderly to participate in volunteer service activities as the main research content. The basic status of LZ community elderly-volunteers and sorted out the basic situation of elderly volunteer service.On the questionnaire survey and interview to collect the elderly volunteer service of the elderly health, social involvement and the status of the social security and other issues, combing sums up the problems existing in the elderly volunteer service as well as the analysis of the causes of elderly volunteer service problems, finally summarizes the countermeasures of perfecting the elderly volunteer service.Finally, the author tries to provide intellectual resources to promote the elderly volunteer service, explore the development path of elderly volunteer service, to create positive aging society development train of thought.
