"People's Republic of China Standardization Law" has served for 27 years. Now it is faced with the first amendment, which is an important step in our standardization. At present,China faces more complex international and domestic environment. Therefore,we need to reform and transform economic mode to promote a sustainable economic and social development.Government administration also need to reform. It will help the government to be a service-oriented government. The public service standardization construction has important theoretical and practical significance. It is also in line with the public interests. In this paper,I will use different research methods, such as literature research, case studies, comparative analysis and so on.On reviewing the process of the western government's public service standardization construction and analyzing present situation of the public service in China,I select three cities to research the achievements and challenges of our public service standardization. It will give us a more clear understanding and provide some suggestions for the public service standardization of China.I believe that our public service standardization has received some achievement, such as standardizing the public service processes. However, the public service standardization of our country still has many deficiencies, such as the lack of relevant theoretical research, necessary consensus and support, the relevant legal system and so on.Any work is not easy.At present, both the standardization construction and the public service standardization are still in the prophase. And there is a gap between western developed countries and our country. Therefore,we need to learn from western country and explore a suitable road for the public service standardization construction of Chinese government.
