Study On Standardization Construction Of Government Affairs Service In Shouguang,Shandong Province

The standardization of government service is an important measure to improve the efficiency and quality of government service,which can promote the innovation of public service supply mode and the construction of service-oriented government.Standardized management was first used in the field of enterprise management,then was introduced into the public domain,and became a management tool.In recent years,with the development of "Internet + Government Service" in China,the standardization of government service has gradually become the object of active exploration by local governments.Although the corresponding standards of government service have been explored in individual places,due to the complexity of various regions in China,the standards of government service among different regions lack portability,therefore,the level of standardization of government service in China is still low and uneven.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of Standardization Construction and government service standardization,and summarizes the theory of Standardization Management and the theory of standardization of public service,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and study on the innovative practice of the construction of standardization of government services carried out by the government affairs service center of Shouguang,Shandong Province,using the research methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation and in-depth interviews,etc.,to investigate the current situation of the standardization construction of government affairs service,and to understand the difficulties they are facing in the process of the standardization construction of government affairs service,and from the four dimensions of the standardization of government service content,the standardization of government service process,the standardization of government service assessment,the standardization of government service and the combination of informatization,the construction path of the standardization of government service is explored,finally,through the analysis and study of the problems in the construction of the "Shouguang Pilot Project" for the standardization of state-level government affairs services,concrete suggestions are put forward to improve and perfect the construction of the standardization of government affairs services in Shouguang,Shandong,provide feasible reference experience for the standardization of government affairs service in our country.
