In order to deepen the reform of the administrative system,to improve the quality and satisfaction of government service,to perform government functions correctly and legally,loca governments at all levels have successively used different practices to organize the the construction of standardized government service centers.In the process of construction,management and operation of government affairs service centers,the standardized content,means and methods are not identical,which has accumulated many experiences worth learning.This article summarizes the main contents of standardization construction of government affairs service center through the methods of literature research,case study and comparative study,that is,the standardization of service contents,service procedures,service methods,service platforms and service supervision.This article takes Arongqi Government Service Center as the research object,and finds out the problems existing in the standardization construction,analyzes the causes of the problems,and proposes reference suggestions that are conducive and efficienct to the standardization construction and development of the Arongqi Government Service Center.There are clearly defined functions to divide and improve the service content,scientifically and reasonably compile the standard system,promote the development of the infrastructure and e-government,and improve the supervision and management mechanism of the government service center.
