Research On The Causes And Countermeasures Of The Current Rural Mass Incidents

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy,profound changes have taken place in the rural areas,and the interests of the farmers have a great change.In this process,the grassroots cadres style,land and other major factors of production,such as the protection of the rights and interests of rural public security and many other issues have also been highlighted,accompanied by a large number of rural groups have also started to rise significantly.This situation not only affects the good image of the local government,but also affects the normal order of the local and even the whole society.Therefore,it is necessary to take active and effective measures to resolve..the rural mass incidents involved in the new situation,which is of great significance to the stability of the rural areas and the whole society.Therefore,the study of the rural mass incidents is the need to rule the country according to law,is to maintain social stability,is to improve the living standards of local rural people need.The research is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly analyzes the purpose and significance of the research topic,and makes a review and comment on the existing research status.On the basis of this,this paper expounds the breakthrough point and focus of the research.The second part is the characteristics and impact of the rural mass incidents,mainly on the meaning and characteristics of the rural mass incidents,and reveals the negative effects from three aspects.Including:first,leading to the decline in the level of power control;two is the gradual accumulation of discontent and proliferation;three is the disorder of the organization of farmers.The third part is the cause for rural group events,exploring the causes of rural group event,we found,rural group events most by the farmers' burden heavier,the election of village existence of favoritism,corruption in government officials and village cadres,related groups subjected to unfair treatment,relevant rights and interests are infringed or did not receive due protection,and ethnic and religious problems caused.This thesis topic discussed from the conflict and confrontation of the rural power class and the disadvantaged groups,contact farmer burden is heavy,large gap between urban and rural areas,the appeal has not obtained solution and social authority structure is unbalanced,the government propaganda is not in place and so on six aspects.The fourth part is the rural group events typical cases analysis,it mainly introduces the two cases of the Wukan incident,"Tong'an event,and put forward own thought and reflection the of two cases the case of group events.The fifth part is the problems and reasons existing in the current management and preventing rural group events,named article,the prevention and governance of rural group events exist three problems:is a grass-roots government's handling of the philosophy of science;the second is the local government emergency disposal to force is not enough;the third is the improper disposal methods of grass-roots government.At the same time,there are three reasons for these problems:first,the concept of performance and understanding of the mistakes;two is the institutional mechanisms of the reasons;three is the way to approach the reasons.The sixth part is the countermeasures to prevent and deal with the rural mass incidents,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to control and prevent the current rural group events from three aspects.
