Study On Environmental Group Event Management In The Construction Of "Beautiful Countryside"

The word "beautiful village" is the first cause of concern is Anji County,Zhejiang province in 2008 proposed the "beautiful country" plan, with the "beautiful countryside" construction concept in the country to promote. However in promoting the construction of the beautiful countryside, rural resources, environment and ecology problems exposed, in order to promote the development of rural economy,some local governments hesitate at the expense of the environment, the introduction of high pollution of township enterprises, one-sided pursuit of economic development and neglect environmental protection, in bringing economic benefits at the same time but let farmers swallow environmental pollution, ecological deterioration of the bitter fruit. Environmental problems have become the bottleneck of rural social contradictions, rural economic development and the construction of "beautiful countryside". Therefore, to strengthen the "beautiful country" in the construction of the environmental group events governance research and resolve the contradiction between population, promoting the building of a "beautiful country" become an important problem at all levels of local government need to solve at present.The along with relevant literature review, theory analysis, dynamic tracking,countermeasures and suggestions, research train of thought, the beautiful countryside construction environmental group events governance issues were in-depth study.
