Study On Quality Promotion Of New Generation Migrant Workers Based On Their Urbanization Willing

The new generation of migrant workers is a new social group with the industrialization and urbanization process in China and now it has become a new vital force of industrial workers.With higher education and urban adaptation ability,they have a strong desire to integrate themselves into urban society and have permanent urban residential registration.New generation of migrant workers have urbanization willing while lack of urbanized qualities,which is one of the reasons why they are in a development state of "semi-urbanization" and "virtual-urbanization".Therefore,there are an important research topic to have a deeply understand of the current situation of new generation migrant workers from the perspective of urbanization will,explore the effect of urbanization willing to the urbanized qualities,and find the way to enhance the quality of the new generation migrant workers.In this study,we can analyzes that guiding function of urbanization willing to urbanized qualities from perspective of the interaction relationship between urbanization willing and the urbanized qualities.According to Marx's theory of the development of a comprehensive human,the theory of planned behavior,and Chinese characteristic socialism new urbanization theory,we can summarize constituent elements of urbanization willing and urbanized qualities,and construct the theoretical model and index system to measure the impact of the urbanization willing to urbanized qualities.By random sampling method,we choose a automotive electronics company,a food company,a community in a university and a construction team from Hubei province as typical samples,adopting both questionnaire and personal interview methods,collecting data and information.On the basis of statistical analysis,we get an overall idea of urbanization willing and to urbanized qualities,the correlation between urbanization willing and the urbanized qualities,and the influence of urbanization willing to urbanized qualities.which comes to the empirical conclusion that suggests the possible way of enhancing urbanization willing of new generation migrant to increase of urbanized qualities.The main conclusion of the research:(1)new generation migrant workers,urbanization willing is strong while their urbanized qualities is low.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between urbanization willing and urbanized qualities,enhancing urbanization willing of new generation migrant contributes to improvement of urbanized qualities.(3)self-control,self-efficacy,expectancy value,mandatory norms constitute new generation migrant workers' urbanization willing facilitate particularly the urbanized qualities and the influencing degrees are in descending order.(4)it is feasible to the improvement of urbanized qualities of new generation migrant based on urbanization willing.The paths are:constructing multi-subject collaborative cost sharing mechanism,improving their abilities and faith to citizenization,enhancing the degree of satisfaction for their needs of urbanization and perfecting policy systems related to their urbanization.
