Multilateral Relations Of Russian Energy Diplomacy

Energy diplomacy is the foreign relations of a country in order to ensure its energy security and economic development undertaken.As an energy power,Russia since independence,With its rich energy endowment,It seeks political and economic interests through national energy cooperation,And through a major force in the Eurasian energy game to restore the great power status.In my article,I selected three pairs of the triangular relationship between Russia energy relations in Europe and Asia to research and analyze the energy diplomatic relations in the energy network,hoping to clarify Russia's energy diplomacy in the political and economic strategy,I can provide ideas about Sino-Russian energy cooperation.In the first part,I analyzed the reasons for Russia's energy diplomacy from Russia both objective and subjective.In the second part,I studied the CIS and EU triangular relationship of Russian energy diplomacy,from the energy relations between Russia and EU,when Russia's accession to the European Union and the CIS energy relations,I explores the strategic considerations and diplomatic means to Russia.At the same time,when the energy relations between Russia and the CIS occurring,I explores the strategic and diplomatic means to the EU,and then,I commented and analyzed in this group of Russian energy diplomacy triangular relationship.In the third part of the article,from the Sino-Russian energy relations and Sino-Japanese,I studied the relationship between Russia,China and Japan Triangle Energy,Simultaneously,In the process of Russia and Japan in the energy competition,We learned that Russia's strategic intent.Similarly,about it I conducted a review and analysis.In the fourth chapter,Researching on China and Central Asia energy relations of Russian energy diplomacy,We understand Russia's strategic considerations,and review it at last.At last,based on the above three groups of energy relations,I summed up and got conclusion,and then,I pointed out that we could get energy cooperation revelation from Russian energy diplomacy.
