At present, the imported countries and the exported countries are carrying out diplomat behaviors in energy field in order to guarantee the security of oil supply and get the stable exported market and sustainable income. The energy diplomacy has become one important part of economic diplomacy. The middle-east region owns the biggest oil reserves of the world, so the fight for oil in this region is becoming fiercer.
