Effective authority is the basic conditions to achieve rural governance,rural authoritative analysis of the formation of the elements to help improve and maintain rural elite legitimate authority.We should focus on the key elements in the formation and maintenance of rural authoritative dynamic process of governance.Land reform movement has changing the power relations and political structure of rural society after 1949,as its appearance reflects is the role of rural authority and identity transformation.From under the teams and rural self-organized farmers replace the traditional gentry of the old society.Before and after the process of social change caused by Land reform movement,the public appears to have three types of rural elite that is authoritative security chief gentry,Land reform movement work team members and farmers will produce different authorities agree.Gentry have a higher authority,because his moral behavior and good governance.But land reform movement broke its official status and governance practices,so that it becomes an object of class struggle,its authority identity shattered.Appear in the land reform work team and peasant cadres to carry through the identity acquisition and land reform work has won recognition of the villagers.However,due to the irrational phenomenon land reform struggle,making the villagers questioned and dissatisfaction portion Farmers produce cadres,the impact of its authority to maintain identity.This paper argues that rural elite get people's identity is based on the authority of their roles and behavior basis.Specifically,both the rural elite have official status,as well as its governance acts with a moral program,it can provide rural governance performance,determine whether these three rural elite to obtain recognition of the authority of the rural.
