through the authority structure and its effect,the expression and cause of authority negative effect,and the regulation approach of authority negative effect.The authority of rural economic agent is a extent.There is a lack of further analysis on the coordination and integration of "three governance" in the regulation proposals,and the research accuracy is also affected to some extent.In addition,due to the difference in functional positions and cultural level,more than a dozen interviewees were not able to reflect the objective and true situation of the village and the rural economic talents,which led to the lack of in-depth research on the negative effect of authority and attribution.
