Guangdong Provincial Public Security Organs Of Criminal Investigation Information Construction Research

Society in the 21st century will be a totally new information society,which is to facilitate the development about social form and the management code for taking place reforms.With the continuous evolution of China's Reform and Opening up,every walks of life were involved into the process of informatization quickly.Human society rapidly changed into information society based on the revolution of information.Informatization has been a necessary tendency for our modern economic construction development.From the perspective of a detective at the bottom,this paper starts with an account of criminal investigation informatization after having understanding the concept of it,connecting the theories of administration.It will profoundly analyze the problems which happened in the construction of it in Guangdong Province and put up with the strategies from the actual aspect to improve the construction management system,facilitate the development of the informatization in detection,and increase the quality and efficiency of the work.This paper can divided into fifth parts.The first part is an introduction,which introduce the background and the purpose for choosing this topic,literature review,research techniques as well as the approaches.The second one will analyze the theories and the practices in criminal investigation informatization.In this part,the author briefly describe the concepts,the values of practices and the developing process,features,trend of construction in developed regions at home and abroad.At the end.it shows enlightenments for the construction of criminal investigation in Guangdong Province.The third part points out the main problems existing in Guangdong Province and the reasons of them.Meanwhile,it introduces concisely the current situation with the help of the theory of informatization development.The fourth part figures out the means by borrowing the advanced experiences in developed nations and combining the experiences of the author in the public security organ.The last part conclusion.
