Legal Studies On The Commercialization Of Outer Space Activities

Ever since mankind opened the door to exploration of outer space,outer space abundant resources and huge economic value people are staggering,but also makes the rapid development of science and technology in outer space,which will inevitably lead to a trend of commercialization of outer space activities,and a series of legal issues also will produce.In this paper,these legal issues as a starting point,the main content of the study is a major legal issue of the status of the commercial activities in outer space and face and analyzes the main legal basis for the current outer space activities,and finally to these legal issues raised our legislation proposals.Firstly,the basic concepts related to commence elaborated what is the commercialization of outer space activities,and cited the current practice of several major commercial activities in outer space.Secondly,under the rapid development of commercial activities in outer space background,summed up the commercialization of space activities legal issues faced.Again,briefly describes the main legal basis for the current outer space activities and the related evaluation,including the status of legislation and existing international outer space related to the status of domestic national legislation,and elaborated on its relationship between the two.Finally,the development of China's history and the current legal framework for outer space activities of outer space activities,legal issues for the commercialization of outer space activities has emerged,made to improve on the country's legal system related to outer space activities recommendations.
