Along with our’ country the university personnel system reform unceasingly thorough,the teacher management is gradually from identity management to post management.Post setting is the practice of post management is the first step.It is the basis of appointment system of University teachers.The scientific setting of post can reflect the school’s development goal and job requirements.This paper is based on the incentive theory,system management theory as a foundation.At first,this paper analyzes the status quo and the existing problems about teachers’ Post Setting of the Hunan X University.These problems.are:first,change does not reach the designated position;second;scheme is under public opinion;third,post proportion is unreasonable;fourth,the general management of related system exists problems;fifth,there are"because the person sets post " into "because of " post phenomenon;sixth,there are 2-Shoulder-Loaded problems;seventh,there is management personnel section identification problem;Eighth,legal and social security system is not sound.Secondly,the paper attempts to construct a position system,working quantum system,compensation system and flow mechanism subsystem of post setting system,and the establishment of the Hunan X University of post setting hierarchy evaluation model.From the above four subsystems for the existent problem on teachers’ Post Setting of the Hunan X University,the paper puts forward the specific implementation measures.Finally,the paper gives the basic conclusion and further research problems.
