Improvement Of China's Local Legislation The Silk Road Cultural Heritage Protection

As the world's largest current linear cultural heritage,protection of the Silk Road to a large extent dependent on its place along cities.From the aspect of the effect grade of the Silk Road heritage of legislation,roles of government,responsibilities coordinating relevant departments,the scope of heritage,financial security,experts and the extent of public participation,comprehensive survey of the status quo and legal responsibility of the relevant legislation and characteristics,combined with aspects related to cultural industries supporting system and so comprehensive comparison,the control of the world cultural heritage protection requirements of relevant international conventions,analyzing China's current lack of relevant local legislation exists;then from the legislative concept,legislative authority and the hierarchy of legislation factors affecting the quality of legislation to protect cultural heritage of the Silk Road and other aspects of program analysis;Finally,based on the above-mentioned situation,the author also want to coordinate some major management relations of the Silk Road cultural heritage protection development,and also to grip public attentions of national Law and cultural heritage community through local legislation on heritage protection.
