Research On Legislation For The Protection Of Minority Intangible Cultural Heritage In Guangxi

Guangxi is a place rich in intangible cultural heritage,especially in ethnic minority areas and rural areas.The intangible cultural heritage resources in ethnic minority areas can form a positive interaction and promote the social and economic development of rural areas in guangxi.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,how can guangxi undertake the important task of protecting the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities by formulating and improving local legislation?Based on literature review,field research and working practice,the author systematically discusses the problems related to the legislation on the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in guangxi and proposes some solutions.The paper is divided into six parts:In the first part,the author introduces the reason,research significance,thinking method and literature review.The second part expounds the importance of legislative protection of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities,discusses the impact of modernization and urbanization on intangible cultural heritage,discusses the characteristics and value of intangible cultural heritage,and considers the legislative basis of legislative protection of intangible cultural heritage.The third part,from the perspective of the legislative protection dilemma of China’s intangible cultural heritage and the current situation of the legislative protection of guangxi’s intangible cultural heritage,sorted out the current problems and difficulties of the legislative protection of ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage,especially the urgent need for the legislative protection of rural excellent traditional culture.The fourth part introduces the successful experience and effective measures of legislative protection of intangible cultural heritage in Japan,the United States and South Korea respectively,which provides experience and inspiration for the legislative protection of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in guangxi.The fifth part discusses the thoughts and countermeasures for the legislative protection of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities in guangxi.The first part is to improve the local legislation through the subject consciousness,guarantee system,mechanism construction and system practice.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the research content.
