Research On The Standardization Construction Of Citizen Network Political Participation In China

Since the end of twentieth Century,the rapid development of the Internet has covered every aspect of people’s lives and impacts on human life.In the field of political participation,the development of the Internet has also contributed to a new pattern of political participation,that is,network political participation.Network political participation has improved the enthusiasm of our citizens to participate in politics,broaden the ways of citizens’ participation in politics,and brings a lot of positive influence to the development of our country’s political life and the democratization process.However,the Internet has also put forward new challenges to the political participation.The political quality and legal awareness of Internet users in China are not strong;the construction of e-government at all levels is not perfect,the supervised responsibilities of the Internet behaviors are not clear;at the legislative level,the severely lack of relevant laws and regulations of network leads to unclear rights and obligations of net political participation of citizens,Many of the network crime is difficult to define.These deficiencies,leading to a lot of problems such as network rumors,network violence and so on when the rapid development of China’s network political participation at the same time.These phenomena seriously affect the stability and harmony of the network environment and the reality of society.This dissertation is based on the discussion on the basic concept of network political participation,quoting a large amount of data and typical case analysis of China’s existing network problems of network political participation of the main parties,pointing out the plight of the current network of political participation,and attempting to break through the difficulties from two aspects of the government regulatory and legal norms.Finally,analyze the current controversial between rights to anonymity and the real name system,they can be combined in the protection of citizens’ free speech and privacy and better management of network environment at the same time.This dissertation aims to provide some suggestions for the standardization construction of the political participation of the citizens in our country through the exploratory analysis.
