In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the legal system of labor has been improved and the awareness of the rights of workers is also increasing,so the social insurance disputes also increases day by day.The fundamental reason of social insurance disputes is that the interests of different parties have different requirements.The external performance for members of society to maintain social insurance rights and interests of the citizens is the deep value pursuit of social interests and the value of personal concern.It is an inevitable requirement to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers,and to build a harmonious labor relations.However,in the current situation,China has not yet formed an independent and specialized social insurance dispute settlement mechanism in the reality of social insurance dispute settlement mechanism.In the academic research of the social insurance dispute,the academic circles pay more attention to the construction of the social insurance system and the research of the legal mechanism of the social insurance dispute.But there are few studies on the factors affecting the social insurance disputes.Therefore,it is necessary to find the root cause to explore the mechanism of social insurance disputes from the perspective of the factors affecting the social insurance disputes,and thus to promote the improvement of China's social insurance dispute settlement mechanism.The Yangtze River Delta economic zone is High incidence area of social insurance disputes in 2013 and 2014,and the area of social insurance disputes number stood more than 30% of the country.The annual incidence rate of social insurance disputes of Jiangsu province and Zhejiang Province are ranked in the national top three,so we chose the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone as a case study.We study the impact factors of social insurance disputes though learning from the academic research on the factors affecting labor disputes.We try to explore economic transformation,economic development,labor market conditions,the construction of trade unions,the coverage of social insurance and the legal system of social insurance to the impact of social insurance disputes.This is conducive to make recommendations for the improvement of social insurance disputes more accurately.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,reviews the literature at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods,content and innovation of this paper.Secondly,it defines the concept of the social insurance dispute,introduces the content of the labor system theory,and establishes a good theoretical support for the writing of the article.Thirdly,with the analysis of the collected data,this paper describes the present situation of the social insurance dispute,and analyzes the influencing factors of the social insurance dispute by means of constructing the model and regression analysis.Finally,it is concluded that the per capita GDP has a positive impact on the occurrence of social insurance disputes,and the degree of marketization and the registered unemployment rate have a negative impact on the occurrence of social insurance disputes.At the end of the article,the author makes some policy recommendations from the perspective of the dispute prevention mechanism and the long-term settlement mechanism.
