Demonstration School of Administering School by Law(hereinafter referred to as Demonstration School)is not only an important part of the Administering School by Law,but also an important gripper of government comprehensively promoting the Administering School by Law.Scheme of the Demonstration School construction is not only related to the smoothly promoting of the Administering School by Law and Administering Education by Law,but also closely related to Rule of law.So the research on the Demonstration School construction has very vital significance.This paper includes five parts:Chapter 1 is the preface,which focusing on combing the research results about demonstration school construction has been made,defining the concept of the administering school by law,demonstration School,government functions,and specifying the research ideas and content of this article.This part is about to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up research.Chapter 2 analyses the history review and the current situation,mainly discusses the construction course of the demonstration school.By taking Hubei Province as an example,I found the practices of the demonstration school construction.The basic practices include the formulation of policies and perfect the working mechanism,the pilot school declaration,assessment and construction,Inspection and evaluation and acceptance,assessment and management.Chapter 3 is about the analysis of the results and characteristics.On the basis of above analysis,I found the construction has made some achievement.These achievements include:the gradual and detailed refinement of the creation of standards,the significant improvement of the ability and the awareness of school management,the gradually promoted of the successful practice and experience of the demonstration school.In addition,it analyzes the three characteristics of the demonstration school construction at the present stage,namely,the combination of government-led and school initiative,the combination of the construction of the rule of law government and the construction of the rule of law,the construction of educational rule of law and the reform and development of education.Chapter 4 summarizes the difficulties and problems in the construction course of the demonstration school and its causes.The difficulties faced by the construction of demonstration schools and the existing problems includes:some of the school's enthusiasm is not high,the evaluation system is imperfect,and so on.i also analyzes the reasons behind it.Chapter 5 proposes countermeasures for the construction.of the demonstration school.According to the difficulties and problems outlined in the third part,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of the demonstration schools.These countermeasures include:improving the rule of law and consciousness of the whole society,improving the evaluation system,perfecting the relevant legislation and the school constitution,changing the government functions and so on.
