Research On Legalization In Chinese Citizens' Network Administrative Supervision

With the development of information science and technology,the network society is gradually formed,in the whole process,the citizen's political participation is also constantly optimized,in recent years the rise of the network administrative supervision is the best example.As a new tool for administrative supervision,it has high citizen participation,and outstanding anti-corruption effect;however,it also show the disorder of the network administrative supervision,such as the network administrative supervision eventually led to the subject of infringement,personal private and public rights conflict;As well as the leakage of the secrets of the country,etc.Among them,the most worthy of our attention is rumors and network violence,which are showing an anomie of network administrative oversight..Considering the the disorder and anomie state of the network administrative supervision,the rule of law has become the inevitable choice of its further development..Starting from this direction,firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the concept of network administrative supervision and the rule of law,then make limitation of rights theory and socialist legal theory as the theoretical basis,combing the historical changes of China's network administrative supervision of the rule of law,in the end,base on the the questionnaire data,analysis the status quo and problems of network administrative supervision,and put forward the corresponding ideas and prospects.Getting the current citizen network administrative supervision law status is directly related to the data through questionnaires,and through the analysis of the data,we can observe more clearly for present problems as well as achievements.In the core part of this paper,we propose the path for network administrative supervision of the rule of law:first of all more attention should paied to the cultivation of citizen citizen consciousness of the rule of law,the rule of law thinking;secondly,only made a reasonable and effective law,citizens have a clear guidelines on network administrative supervision,thus improve the network administration supervision legal system is the basis of the rule of law;finally,improve the operation mechanism of administrative supervision is the network administrative supervision law to perfect the guarantee.In general,t the legal supervision of the network administrative supervision is a systematic project,need the joint efforts of the government and the society and the individual,each participant should fulfill their own responsibility,then the legalization for network administrative supervision will come true in someday.
