A Study On Working Stress Of The Policemen In Base Units

In recent years,the situation is serious that the fight against terrorism in the first line of Xinjiang faced by the public security stability situation,with the influence situation home and abroad,and the public security work is complex increasingly.Grassroots policemen is the most basic combat entity as a public security organ to crack down on the enemy,protect the people,punish crime and service the masses.They bear the concrete and heavy task and stand in the forefront of public security work.So,their occupational stress is certain.They do not only reduce the quality of police individual life and working,also affect the overall quality and image of the police team,and restricte to the functions under the multiple pressures.Therefore,it is necessary to research the occupational stress and releasing measure on grassroots policemen.On the basis of research in the literature,this essay will carry out the investigation of grassroots policemen's occupational stress of karamay combining with in-depth interviews and questionnaires to study,on the combination of research methods about theoretical and empirical,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The article looks at occupational stress,coping styles and job satisfaction and professional identity status of grassroots police;discusses differences in the coping styles,job satisfaction and career identity under different occupational stress level.Further more,according to research results,this paper proposes suggestions for relieving occupational stresses on five respects,which are strengthening team management,takeing good care of civilian police,strengthening professional identity,improving the promotion system and enriching police camp life.By using SPSS statistical analysis of effective recycling questionnaire,the study found that:first of all,the most professional stress of the participating in the investigation of grassroots police are equal to or slightly above average level,under larger pressure from various aspects.On the whole,stress is in the average level.But they are below average level about job satisfaction and occupational identity in the mass.Secondly,the pressure of the basic-level policemen's mainly comes from working responsibility,tasks,nature of work and career prospects.Among them,the working responsibility is a main source.Then,in turn,they are tasks,the nature of work and career prospects.Importantly,working pressure changes and the work tasks are negative correlation.Thirdly,different personal attributes will have a significant impact on the police professional pressure.Data of analysis shows that for the police work stress scores and its various dimensions.There is signiificant difference in gender,position,launching,while it has no difference in age,culture level and no significant difference in marital status.Finally,the police professional pressure complexly effect on job satisfaction and the professional identity,among of them,there is a significant negative correlation between pressure of career development and job satisfaction.
