The Development Of Democracy At The Grassroots Level Within The Communist Party Since 16th National Congress Of Communist Party Of China

Democracy at the grassroots within the Communist party is the cornerstone of inner-party democracy construction.The construction of inner-party democracy is an important part of the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics and a necessary condition for promoting Chinese political modernization.The 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the important conclusion that “Inner-party democracy is the life of the party and has an important demonstration and leading role in people's democracy”.This has enriched the political content of democracy.In recent years,in the face of the complicated and ever-changing international situation,how to ensure the steady and rapid development of the domestic economy and the harmony and stability of the domestic society,it requires us to make the development of grassroots democracy within the party as a basis for strengthening our party's ruling organizational vitality of the important task.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the party's grassroots democracy,strengthen the grassroots party organization's unity,creativity and combat effectiveness,give full play to the grassroots party organizations,the inevitable requirement of the role of fighting;also maintain and develop the advance of the party,enhance the party's innovation vitality,grassroots democracy of a party is an important guarantee of the consolidate the unity and unity of the party.In this paper,the development of grassroots democracy in the party as the research theme,this paper put forward some strategies about grassroots democracy based on existing problems according to the 16 th Party Congress.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the basic theoretical analysis about the party grassroots democracy,including the definition of the concept and its analysis of its essence and characteristics,and briefly outlined the significance of the development of grassroots democracy in the Party since the 16 th CPC National Congress.The second part is the key of this paper.The third part mainly analyzes the challenges facing with the development of the grassroots democracy at the present stage.The fourth part mainly focuses on the current situation of the grassroots democracy at the grassroots level.At the same time,some countermeasures and suggestions were putforward for the democratic development of the existing problems.The study of the development of grassroots democracy in the Party is an important subject in the development of our party's political life since the 16 th CPC National Congress,and it is also a popular issue in the academic field.At present,the study of grassroots democracy in the Party still lacks of some profound theoretical discussion,and the innovation theory of inner-party democracy system also lacks of the guidance of practice.Therefore,it is necessary to form a long-term process to form a theoretical theory of socialist grassroots democracy with Chinese characteristics,and thus gives theoretical guidance to our party's characteristic grassroots democracy.
