Under The Ackground Of "Release Supervision Service" The Research Of Administrative Approval Reform In Local Government

Administrative approval,as one of the administrative means to distribute social resources and promote economical development,has been highly valued by governments at all levels,many experts did amount of research on that.Since the establishment of the socialist market economical system of our country,our economical structure has been greatly changed,the State Council and local government have been carried out a large number of reforms on the administrative approval.The implementation of specific measures is mainly about cancellation and adjustment of many administrative approvals,greatly reduce the administrative approval process,provide a more convenient and efficient service to the people.However,we must be aware of that our reform has faced the most difficult part now,there have been some"tough sickness",like low efficiency of administrative approval,lack of supervision on administrative power and so on.These issues may do great harm to our economical development and create space for corruption.So it is inevitable to carry on the reform of administrative approval.As the execution part of this reform,local government is essential to the accomplishment of this administrative approval reform.According to prime minister LiKeqiang,administrative approval reform must follow these principles "Streamlining Government and Delegating Authorities Release along with Supervision and Optimization of Service".So this paper take this as the study perspective,use Fuzhou city in Jiangxi Province as a example to analyse the process of the administrative approval reformation in a municipal government then expand to the local government.Finding out problems in alienation of power,lack of supervision and public service issues.And mainly concentrate on the alienation of power and supervision system problems,take factors like local government social organization and citizen into account to find the reason cause these problems.Then according to the reasons try to figure out a path to solve these matters.I hope my study may do some good to the relevant research in the future,and provide some reference to the reformation of administrative approval in local governments.
