A Study On Language Contact In Ethnic Interaction

In our country,the language of different ethnic groups is not self-contained.There are many kinds of mechanisms of language contact,one of the important reasons is the geographical proximity.In addition,the density and the length of time,and the relationship between ethnic groups will also become an important factor affecting the structure of language.In the simplest definition,language contact is the use of more than one language in the same place at the same time.Language contact usually produces four important results:language assimilation,borrowing,language assimilation,bilingualism.In the process of language contact,it is impossible to accurately grasp the core of language contact when you simply consider the language itself because there is a whole social and cultural norms system to support and regulate the main activities of the speaker.Therefore,the study of language contact has led to the study of the subject of the speaker,and it also leads to the study of the speaker's ethnic groups,as well as the relationship between the ethnic groups.In addition,the construction of the world as a function of the language itself,to a certain extent,reflects the local people's cognitive model of the world,or in other words,the world view.From this point of view,the study of language contact can be used as an example of the relationship between ethnic groups.Based on my field work,this article is to demonstrate that under the specific discussion of ethnic relations,how is the intense of language contact around Han,Yi and Sadu ethnic groups.And what level of language structure will be infiltrated by the other language under this particular language contact.In addition to some of the language ontology level,I will look at a broader,anthropological perspective.That is both discussed in the history of ethnic interaction between the three ethnic groups,ethnic interaction and ethnic relations in particular the social and cultural factors on the impact of language contact.
