The Conflicts And Solving Norms Of National Ethnic Minorities' Community

For many regions inhabited by ethnic minority people,tourism is regarded as a new growth point of regional economy,and is an important pillar of economic growth in some regions.Based on the investigation of the Shuhe old town in Lijiang City and the analysis of the game theory,this paper deconstructs conflicts existing in the ethnic minority community of the Shuhe old town and constructs a local coordination system which adapts to the objective situation.The development of the tourism in Shuhe has resulted in the sudden change of the traditional ethnic minority community.On the one hand,with the relocation of the indigenous residents and the migration of foreign tourism practitioners,the original ethnicity of the community has gradually weakened.On the other hand,The pattern of livelihoods has undergone dramatic changes in employment and community urbanization brought about by the tourism.So it has caused a wide range of community culture,resulting in the old and new differences between multiple cultural concepts.These factors together shape the conflict that exists in ethnic communities.The inequality of the distribution of benefits caused by the livelihood model is the root cause,the whole process of conflict,the misunderstanding of misconceptions,misinterpretation and mutual distrust caused by multiculturalism,is the direct cause of aggravation and expansion of conflict.When the rulers because of the "activity" administrative constraints make the administrative coordination be inefficient,by the "subject-object relationship" in the infrastructure construction is still inadequate,cannot adapt to the community changes brought about by the seasonal flow of population and public opinion,So that the intensity of the conflict intensified,resulting in a variety of tourism market chaos,Should be standardized to regulate the intensity of conflict,to guide conflict coordination.To enhance the community mediation capacity,the establishment of community autonomy in line with local characteristics to complete community mediation to promote community unity;with local conditions of legal activities and information on tourism practitioners to guide the completion of information management;by the ancient city maintenance fee this special resources Reasonable promotion of the operation.of the ancient city,redistribution for the problem of uneven inequality,etc.to deal with ethnic minority community conflict in tourism destination.
