Nowadays the increasing threat of terrorism on human makes it necessary for every country to crack down on terrorism jointly.Owing to the particularity of nuclear energy,nuclear terrorism made by terrorism,nuclear weapon,and nuclear material has an unparalleled threat on human.Under the background of international cooperation against nuclear terrorism,a set of international law of antinuclear terrorism has gradually formed.However the complicated influence of international relation,mainstream ideology,ideology,and national strategy makes this system expose a series of flaws.Based on the analysis of international law system of antinuclear terrorism,this paper presents existing flaws in current international law system from the practicality of treaty,the equilibrium of treaty and the measure of emergency rescue.Focusing on those three flaws and on the basis of the analysis of cause of occurrence,this paper puts forward some concepts for the settlement of those flaws,and they are mainly about legislative method step by step,the establishment of global nuclear response force and global nuclear security system.What is more,concerning the stance of China,this paper gives opinions on the responsibility of China in the improvement of international law system of antinuclear terrorism.All in all,the task of antinuclear terrorism are arduous and the inadequacy of international law system requires more efforts from every country.However this author believes that by our continuous efforts,we will win this“battle”against nuclear terrorism eventually in the future.Nuclear terrorism will become a thing of the past and what we have done in antinuclear terrorism will lay a solid foundation for the progress of world peace and development.
