The Research Of Build Stablility Mechanism On The Perspective Of National Security In The Border County Of Yunnan

Maintaining social stability is a fundamental work that our country is facing in the process of governance,it is also the core function of a modern country.Building a scientific and effective mechanism of social stability is considered as an institutional guarantee to maintain national political order and realize the harmonious development of society.In the mechanism of social stability in our country,maintaining the stability of grassroots level plays a significant role that connecting the government will with civil appeals.As an important part of our basic stability system,the work that maintaining the social stability of the border counties in Yunnan requires solving the traditional issues during the process of maintaining the stability of grassroots level,in the meantime,it also needs to face the challenges from neighboring countries and the multiple factors of the international community.Maintaining the stability of grassroots level is tightly intertwined with national security issues.With the development of world economic globalization and regional integration,maintaining the stability of the borders in Yunnan is more than a grassroots governmental problem.Especially in the implementation of the strategy of"bridgehead",Yunnan has become an important channel that connecting South Asia and Southeast Asia in China,it is also formed a unprecedented open pattern.Stability in the border county in Yunnan is increasingly affected by the surrounding countries and the international communities,the situation that we need to face during maintaining the stability is very grim.There exists limitations in the current basic stability mechanism itself,besides,maintaining the social stability of the border counties in Yunnan is confronting with complex situations.Therefore,the present mechanism cannot feed the needs to dealing with complex problems;there could be potential risks in the country's border security.This paper starting with the perspective of maintaining border security in our country,with collecting a large number of the dates about the stability work in border counties in Yunnan and after making a field investigation,this paper expounds the basic information and its stability under the condition of the border counties in Yunnan.This paper tries to make certain the revelation of maintaining social stability in the border counties of Yunnan province,besides it also tries to get a well-known of the organizations that help to maintain the social orders,after witch,it emphatically analyzes the temporary problems,characteristics and confronting problems that exist in present stability mechanism.By combining country security?the frontier governance and geopolitics,this paper provides some advice about optimizing the stability mechanism in the border counties of Yunnan.
