A Study On The Political Literacy Of Modern Young Farmers

In 2012,the central document proposed to vigorously cultivate new occupation farmer.In 2014,the Modern young farmers training course of Anhui Agriculture University started formally on August,the first training of 30 modern young farmers would be trained for a period of three years.The young farmer training program is included in the project of new professional farmers' cultivation.Based on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the theory of primary party building,the theory of philosophy,the classic exposition of Marx's classical writers about the political quality of farmers,Precision poverty alleviation theory,the theory of poverty subculture,the human capital theory,the report of the Communist Party of the eighteen's and the eighteen third and fourth,Fifth Plenary Session Report and The basic political theory of the Communist Party of China,this paper makes a study on the political literacy of modern young farmers in Anhui province.Through the analysis of the questionnaire issued by the modern farmer youth in Anhui province that Anhui Province farmers' political literacy needs to be improved,especially the political belief,political theory and political practice of the need to cultivate and strengthen literacy.In the backgrounds of the construction of the rapid development of modern agriculture and national beautiful rural,the political quality of young farmers is related to the foundation and stability of the grass-roots political power,but also related to the political security of modern agricultural development.In 2015,the Ministry of agriculture and the Ministry of education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League started the implementation of the "modern young farmers' cultivation plan",which is to cultivate 10 thousand young farmers.The modern young farmers cultivation program of Anhui Agriculture University was named as one of the national Ministry of agriculture,the new professional farmers cultivate ten models.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and the support of the relevant theories,this paper makes a research on the connotation,necessity and the cultivation of the political quality of the young farmers in Anhui Province,especially the core political accomplishment.
