The Study On The Sense Of Belonging Of The Farmers Affected By Demolition And Resettlement Of Nansha District In Guangzhou City

The past form of traditional rural society in the process of historical development,slowly become a modern city society is the process of urbanization,in the process when the rural people also step by step towards the city,then slowly to more people abandon agriculture to non-agricultural industry,more and more the number of cities,city is becoming more and more big,the countryside gradually began to accept the values and way of life of the city.At present domestic main measures to improve the urban and rural integration is properly arrange demolition of farmers,understand the idea of farmers,to farmers living in the new community to strengthen the construction of the sense of belonging,so that can better improve our construction and development of urban and rural integration system,focus on the urbanization level and quality are to strengthen,relocation of farmers daily development to meet the material and spiritual requirements,and promote the harmonious development of society.Investigation and analysis of this study is the town of guangzhou nansha district Hengsha the resettlement of farmers,to its sense of belonging to the new residential community and its influencing factors in index,and proposes to improve the resettlement of farmers in new residential community belonging policy and plan,to help promote the further development of urbanization in our country some contribution.At present domestic related research achievements of the sense of belonging to a new community,mainly migrant workers as the research object,the domestic study of resettlement farmers main achievements are focused on the land requisition compensation and new residential community facilities such as objective indicators,very little research on the subjective aspects of the sense of belonging.This research mainly for relocation farmers tend to subjective aspect of the study of new community sense of belonging,in the process of research,this study not only stay in the theoretical analysis stage,but in practice the research as the leading factor,combined with sociology and economics and other related theory,through the questionnaire survey,using SPSS software and related statistical method to establish model,realize the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.Study of calculation and analysis of collected a large amount of data,so as to ensure the scientific research.Theoretical results in this study,based on a large number of the current research and 294 questionnaire descriptive statistical analysis is proposed on the basis of the hypothesis that nanshadistrict,guangzhou city Hengsha town relocation farmers who settled in the new community ascription feeling their own economic situation,family status,living conditions,interpersonal four aspects of mutual influence.And then through the questionnaire data statistics analysis,four main conclusions are: first,the Hengsha town relocation farmers' way of life in the new living environment had the huge change,in this paper,the relocation of data before and after comparison,found that personal economic status,family status,living,and interpersonal aspects are affected by a lot of,involving all aspects of life a lot of indicators.Second,the town of Hengsha before the demolition resettlement peasants overall on the government's relocation plan satisfaction is not high.Nearly half of them support demolition,but only 15% of the said satisfied with resettlement plan from the government.Third,the resettlement of farmers to the new community Hengsha town of overall higher sense of belonging.There are more than 60% of the resettlement farmers said there are clear want to live in the new community continue to plan,and more than thirty percent said the plan to live at least 10 years.And want to continue for a long time in the new residential community Hengsha town of reason,mainly to find new better community around the living environment and supporting facilities,and want to live with family and relatives together.Fourth,resettlement of Hengsha town of farmers in new residential community of the main factors that influence the sense of belonging,not including economic conditions,family conditions,it just has relationship with interpersonal relationship,life,both of the sense of belonging index are significant positive correlation,and interpersonal influence on its more.This study finally based on the Hengsha town relocation the influence factors of farmers' sense of belonging in the new community,four aspects: improve the sense of belonging,is given to help the Hengsha town better strengthen the relocation of the farmers to the new community sense of belonging,and the strategies of other relocation project of urbanization also have better effect.This research adopts the research methods and research process has certain innovative,demolition of similar residents' sense of belonging and farmers of related studies,has good reference value.
