The Young Pioneers are the children's organizations directly entrusted by the Communist Party of China to the Communist Youth League.It is the reserve team for building socialism and the big school for children and young people to learn communism.To play the important role of the Young Pioneers,The premise is to ensure that the young pioneers have a strong sense of belonging,because the sense of belonging is an important factor affecting the organization of the Young Pioneers.This research revolves around the core issue of the organizational belonging of the Young Pioneers,mainly using the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method.This article first explains why we should study the organizational belonging of the Young Pioneers,expound the research background,define the related concepts,analyze the relevant literature,and then compile the primary young pioneers organization membership from five dimensions based on the concept of organizational belonging survey questionnaire.Firstly,the research hypothesis is proposed according to the research purpose,and then the data collected by the questionnaire is analyzed,and the analysis is made from three parts: the sense of belonging,the difference of individual background factors and organizational belonging,and the status of organizational belonging of young pioneers.It is found that the sense of belonging of the Young Pioneers is mainly due to problems such as weaker primary player status,insufficient organizational love,low satisfaction and low organizational identity.Secondly,from two aspects,the factors affecting the sense of belonging of the young pioneers are analyzed separately.On the one hand,because intellectual education has occupied the time of the Young Pioneers education and the frequency of the activities of the Young Pioneers is low,the effect is not significant,etc.,which makes the Young Pioneers organize the Young Pioneers.The sense of existence and respect is reduced;on the other hand,because of the different levels of self-recognition of the Young Pioneers,thedifferences in the degree of role recognition and the good interpersonal relationship,some of the young pioneers have a weak sense of organizational belonging.Thirdly,from the perspective of existing problems,the countermeasures for improving the sense of belonging of the Young Pioneers are proposed from four aspects: First,change the cognitive perceptions of the members of the organization to improve the passive position of the young pioneers.At this point,it is necessary not only to strengthen the update of the counselor's concept,but also to enhance the independent education of the players to promote their positive cognition.Second,build a caring squadron to improve team satisfaction.Among them,we should increase organizational support and pay attention to the needs of team members,while maintaining organizational justice and equal opportunities.Third,update organizational activities to increase the level of love of team members.It is required to make the form of the event vivid and diverse,and to make the content of the activity easy to understand,in order to stimulate the interest and enthusiasm of the players.Fourth,we will serve the team members wholeheartedly to strengthen their sense of identity,including providing an event platform to meet the team's role identification needs,and creating a harmonious atmosphere to serve the team members' needs.
