Research On The Countermeasures Adopted By Guangdong Government Public Crisis In The Epoch Of Omnimedia

Along with the Communication means emerged in modern society,the public has possessed more ways to distribute information and express opinions,meanwhile,the masses are more and more concerned about public events,and they acquaintance more about the channels of public events.The arrival of the epoch of omnimedia has brought great convenience for the government to respond to the public crisis;on the other hand,it also has brought challenges.The ability to respond to public sentiment has become an important consideration of government governance capacity.As an economic power in China,Guangdong plays a forefront role in the reform and opening up,however,it is also defined as a large number of mass incidents,a variety of public opinion events is quite common,and the social governance is facing great difficulties.In practice,during the dealing with public crisis,the Guangdong provincial government showed that the response was slow,the information was not authoritative,the system was not perfect and so on,which made public opinion response was not satisfactory.Therefore,speeding up the pace of building the legal system construction,training related professionals,strengthening education on public crisis,establishing the big data strategy,which are the correct ideas of Guangdong provincial government to improve public crisis of public opinion.In this dissertation,the author defines the omnimedia,public crisis,public opinion and other related theories,analyzes the influence of omnimedia on the government public opinion,researches the current situation,issues and origins of Guangdong provincial government's public opinion through using the method of combining theoretical analysis and case analysis.Through the classic case research on other provinces,foreign government public crisis response to public opinion,the author obtains the valuable experience and lessons,and puts forward some feasible strategies for the government of Guangdong,looking forwarding to better deal with the public crisis of public opinion.
