With the rapid popularization of the network and the rising consciousness of social democracy,network media has gradually become an important platform for people in modern society to participate in democratic politics,express their views and opinions,and effectively realize the interaction and communication between government and social groups.This is closely related to the development of our political life.Nowadays,our country is during the transitional period with various interests and contradictions are interweaving and colliding in the society.There are a lot of public opinion in this communication,which evolve into network public opinion with the support of network media communication.It is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for local government.The credibility of the government is the direct embodiment of the government authority and the soft power of government to serve the people.Therefore,it is of great significance to maintain and enhance the credibility of the local governments.As a new thing in the internet era,network public opinion has an impact on government administration and social governance,which have been constantly reflected in the real life.This paper finds that there are a few studies on the interactive relationship between the response to network public opinions and the construction of local government credibility by sorting out the literature on network public opinion and the construction of local government credibility.The research results are slightly weak.In recent years,with the increasing awareness of modern government’s network governance,the local governments have come to realize that how to respond tonetwork public opinions properly and improve network governance capabilities,as to enhance the importance and necessity of the construction of local government credibility.On the basis of literature research and case study,this paper makes a systematic analysis on the construction and promotion path of local government credibility from the perspective of network public opinion response.The study found that although at present,China’s local governments have made certain efforts and achievements in responding to the network public opinion and improving the credibility of the government.But it has more to reflect some problems about the lack of government network public opinion crisis consciousness,the degree of information disclosure is insufficient,and the behavior anomie of the local government civil servant,and official media influence is weaken.So the paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in the construction of public trust from three aspects: the administrative concept of local government,information disclosure and response ability,and the application of network media.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,including that local government must set up modern public service concept,perfect the information disclosure and response mechanism construction,and improve the mechanism of network public opinion to deal with positive public opinion guide function,and last give full play to the network media.In order to strengthen local government response capacity,so as to achieve the ascension of the government’s credibility. |
