Study On The Countermeasures To Improve The Quality Of Life Of Rural Elderly In Yanan City

Along with our country the improvement of population quality to fertility levels continue to decline and the elderly population by the improvement of objective material conditions and lead to the average life expectancy increased correspondingly,the structure of China's population is aging trend.The rising aging population has become China's population situation normal,the base,the aging characteristics significantly.But in the past few decades the imbalance of social economic development gave birth to the "old before getting rich","urban and rural" inversion phenomenon,resulting in most of the elderly living in rural elderly.Research on rural life quality problems to promote rural economic growth,stable production and life,the villagers have focused on social harmony To support,not only can effectively solve the plight of rural old-age pension,but also in the construction of a new socialist countryside issues should be meaningful.This article through the literature summarizes 12 factors influencing the life quality of rural elderly in Yanan City,with the questionnaire and then extracted with factors affecting the quality of life of rural elderly in Yanan City,further development of the questionnaire,analysis of Yanan rural elderly people in many aspects of quality of life,to find out the problems and analyzes the reasons,countermeasures and suggestions finally put forward the quality of life of rural elderly in Yanan city.This study is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly includes the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods and innovations,including domestic and international literature review part,mainly divided into the quality of life,quality of life of the elderly in the two part,mainly summarizes the content,quality of life the quality of life of elderly people at home and abroad and including the definition,influencing factors and countermeasure research to the domestic and foreign research review,finally extracted 12 factors influence the life quality of the elderly from the literature;the second part is the related theoretical basis,the main contents include the related concepts and theories,and analysis the problem is The theoretical basis of countermeasures.Including the rural elderly,quality of life,quality of life for the elderly,affecting the quality of life of rural elderly factors to define the concept,and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,expounded the theory of multi governance;the third part is the extraction of agricultural village in Yanan City,affecting the quality of life factors in the elderly,the elderly in rural development Yanan city personal interviews on the basis of the second part,according to the interview results,the factors influencing the life quality of the elderly in Yanan city to be extracted,and then classified as family emotion,health,income,culture and entertainment,the 5 aspects of self evaluation;the fourth part is the life of rural elderly in Yanan City Investigation of quality of life,part of the third part of the contents of questionnaire content,structure,and questionnaire,the status quo from the perspective of the 5 factors,and find out the problems of the family: the lack of emotional,physical ill health,income is not high,the lack of recreational activities,low self assessment;the fifth part of the sample data in the fourth part,explain the reasons of rural elderly low quality of life in the city of Yanan,respectively the concept of intergenerational conflict,inadequate supply of medical services,rural economic development lags behind,the lack of cultural and recreational activities,change the power of family property;then the sixth part of the article focuses on vigorously carry forward the traditional filial piety Culture,improve the rural medical facilities,improve the income of rural residents,rural recreational activities to improve the popularity of the five aspects of rural elderly subject consciousness puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas of Yanan city.The last is the conclusion and Prospect of this research.
