A Study On The Social Integration Problem Of The Uygher Mobile Population

With the increasing speed of the modernization and our pace of urbanization country and the pace of urbanization,different nationalities and ethnic groups live together is an inevitable trend for modern urban development.Uyghur mobiles flowed into the region from the more developed eastern part of the northwest pastoral areas,due to the presence of the more significant differences in many and language,religion and customs and behavior patterns,etc.These reasons also become influence into the inflow many but also subjective and objective factors In this paper,based on Field research data obtained,and we analyzed Nanjing Uyghur migrants with the economical,social,psychological and religious dimensions of social inclusion and the four factors of human capital,social capital,and other policies factors and systems in which the presentation.The study found that despite years of education Uyghur migrants,higher social interaction breadth and strength of will to flowed,but the data show that they are still no better integrate into local society;no significant difference before and went into the ground of their religious beliefs,for psychological Identification local communities are in a relatively good condition,but the social and psychological sense of belonging mainly confined to "fellow" is relatively closed group society.The impact of policies on institutional Uyghur migrants into the social impact seems more obvious,and the social integration of Uyghur migrants face more complex structure of impacts.we suggest that governmental services in the new era should be how to promote social support through micro and concrete service system Uyghur mobiles integrate into local society,fostering shared path of modern social inclusion and culture,in order enhance the multi-cultural and multi-cultural cohesion further enhance the modern city multi-cultural and multi-cultural cohesion of the city.
