Study On Social Integration Of Uygur Migrant Population In Zhenping County,Henna Province

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s urbanization,industrialization and modernization have developed rapidly,and great achievements have been made in the cause of socialism.In particular,the rapid economic development in the central and eastern regions has attracted the surplus labor force in relatively backward areas from their original place of residence to a large number of floating population,including a large number of ethnic minorities.Compared with the floating population of other ethnic minorities,the Uighur floating population with stronger "heterogeneity" and "exclusivity" has attracted more attention from the academic circle.Especially in recent years,in the process of deepening exchanges and integration between ethnic groups,due to the "demonisation" of Islam by some western countries and the "stigmatization" of uyghur by some domestic people,the social integration of the floating population of uyghur has attracted great attention from all walks of life.Uighur migrants social integration in order to explore an effective path of Uighur migrant population in zhenping county of henan province as the research object,with marxist national theory and the national theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as guidance,on the basis of the theory of related subjects such as ethnology,sociology,religion,and utilization of literature,empirical research,questionnaire survey,case interviews and other research methods,in zhenping county comprehensive study of Uighur migrants social integration.The main content of this paper includes six parts: the first part is the introduction,based on the theory,history and reality to elaborate the significance of the topic,the purpose of the topic,literature review and research methods,and define the relevant concepts,clear the rationale and logical thinking of this paper.The second part summarizes the basic situation of zhenping county in henan province and summarizes the migration process,migration mode,source and distribution of the uygur floating population.The third part summarizes the basic situation of the current Uighur floating population in zhenping county,including four aspects: economic life,social life,organizational model and cultural identity.The fourth part analyzes various factors that hinder the social integration of the floating population of uygur.The fifth part putsforward some Suggestions to promote the social integration of the floating population of uygur.The sixth part is the conclusion,pointing out that the social integration of the uyghur floating population is a systematic and complicated process,which is also a great test for the urban ethnic work in the new era.The research results of this paper mainly focus on four aspects: first,through long-term field visits and field investigations,the author has mastered detailed first-hand data and made a panoramic description and objective summary of the social integration of the floating population of the uygur nationality in zhenping county,which has supplemented the deficiencies in this academic field.Second,from the economic life,social correspondence,cultural acquisition and psychological adjustment four aspects analyzes the uighurs into the situation of floating population,thinks uighurs into the highest degree in the aspect of economic life,has developed from a single jade trade industry and interdisciplinary coordination of economic,has a fairly fit with the local economic life;In terms of cultural acquisition,compared with muslims in other regions,they tend to be more secular.A certain proportion of uighurs are eager to join the communist party of China.In terms of social fit,it needs to be further strengthened.Except for a few exchanges in the economic field,most uighurs and local han have no intersection in life.The adaptability of psychological adjustment needs to be strengthened.Three,put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,only to build a diversified economic structure,in order to strengthen the local uyghur han regional economic integration;Make use of system innovation,strengthen national social intercourse,promote homogeneous social life;To deepen national cultural exchanges by establishing a two-way and multi-level cultural exchange mechanism;The establishment of a comprehensive national image will ease social exclusion and enhance the mutual identity of different ethnic groups.Iv.On the basis of summarizing the achievements and shortcomings of urban ethnic work,it is emphasized that only by promoting the communication and understanding between urban management departments,urban residents and the floating population of uygur,can the floating population of foreign ethnic minorities better adapt to urban life and promote the harmonious development of urban ethnic relations.
