Due to the rapid development of e-commerce in China,but there is no mature mechanism to resolve disputes in e-commerce disputes.For this kind of dispute,China does not currently have a special mechanism to solve,which makes it difficult for consumers to find a trusted platform to rights.But at present our country has the existence of ODR organization.But did not get the trust of consumers,but also because of the immature technology and legislation,there is no penetration with the EU ODR institutions.Faced with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce today,learn from the EU ODR mechanism,reference to establish and promote China's cross-border e-commerce B2 C non litigation dispute settlement mechanism imminent.This paper makes a comparative study on the laws and regulations of developing countries in Europe and the United states.To find the problems and solutions in the development of ODR.By comparing the current situation and problems of the development of China's ODR mechanism,we can see whether the establishment and improvement of China's ODR mechanism can learn from the advanced experience of Europe and the United States,to improve the establishment of the ODR mechanism in china.Today,with the development and popularization of e-commerce,how to make China's ODR mechanism keep pace with the development of Europe and the United states.To explore how to establish a dispute settlement mechanism,such as the sea Amoy B2 C dispute parties,can be trusted and adopted.
