Research On The Application Of Video Image Information In Investigation

With the wide application of various kinds of video surveillance equipment in the society,it has become a reality to use the video image information to carry out the investigation,and has played a strong role in information support in the investigation practice.But the video image investigation as a developing thing has not yet formed a complete system of application in theoretical research.Most of the tactics summarized by grassroots combat departments remain in the shallow application,which affects the effectiveness of the fight against crime.Therefore,this paper focuses on the application of video image information in the investigation,in-depth analysis on the content of video image information,trying to form a complete scientific theoretical framework.Furthermore,this paper explores the method of investigation on the basis of video image information,in order to form a standardized workflow,and makes the explanation with empirical cases.In this way it can provide method guidance for the grass-roots public security organs in the investigation.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background of the topic,research status and research significance.The second part is an overview of the basic theory of video image information.First of all,it analyzes related concepts of video image information,and then expounds the characteristics and application of the principle of video image information.Next,the author combines the domestic and the outer situation to introduce of the application of video image information in the investigation.Finally,it describes that the video image information played a huge role in the investigation.The third part is the core part of this paper that focuses on analyzing the elements and levels of video image information.The video image information is divided into feature level,track level and model level.Then it describes the specific content of the elements that each level is covered in detail,which laying the foundation for the formation of scientific tactics.The fourth part is the application method of video image information in the investigation.It sums up the feature identification method,tracking method,scenario analysis method and information association method,which is based on the information of the video image layering.The author explains the methods with process depictions and empirical cases,to facilitate grass-roots units to understand and direct combat application work.The fifth part is the development trend of the video image information application,just from computer science,management science,law and other point of view.It mainly discusses three aspects,the intelligent innovation of video image application,management innovation and standardization of the construction,so that providing direction for the follow-up investigation and application of the video image.
