Study On The Influence Of Village Political Elite Tovillage Economic Development

The problems of Agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been the fundamental problems of China's revolution,construction and reform,are also one of the focuses of the party and the country has been.The eighteenth big report of the party raise that solve the problem of good agriculture rural farmers is a top priority for the whole party,the national focus on rural infrastructure construction and social undertakings development,further promote the new rural construction and poverty alleviation and development,and comprehensively improve the rural production and living conditions.Ought to say,the farmers' income,rural development,need many efforts and take various measures,of course,but the key is the rural development of endogenous power.China's rural economic reform and development of the practical experience proved that the village's political elite,such as secretary of the village and village officer is the endogenous factors of village economic development.The theory hypothesis of the paper is that village political elite of an important endogenous dynamic of rural development,economic development of the village has a very high correlation with them.This article attempts through to the survey data analysis to verify the L county of Hubei province and put forward policy Suggestions to promote the development of rural economy.Thesis is divided into four parts,the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the writing background,significance and the existing research results at home and abroad,related concepts,basic theory,research method and train of thought.Second part selects L county as the research sample region,on the basis of the political elite survey data in 200 villages,build respectively from three aspects including individual characteristics,family background,characteristics and comprehensive quality characteristics of 14 variables,PROBIT model,analyzed the influence of the political elite village to village economic development.Results show that:(1)the village political elite male,have higher culture degree and the probationary period,the village governance annual per capita income is higher;(2)the more family labor population and household income of village political elite,the village of annual per capita income is higher;(3)the family income source diversity,as the number of not more than three of the village's political elite has significant effects of village economic development,personal elected reasons has a certain influence of village economic development.The third part is based on the data analysis and field investigation,summarizes the L county village political elite outstanding problems that exist in the economic development.The fourth part,on the basis of the third part of analysis,put forward the precision training,tie-in assistant,intellectual support and village enterprises linkage,improving treatment measures as a future Suggestions for the improvement of village economic development.
