The Causes And Countermeasures Of The Lack Of Legal Literacy Of Urban Migrant Workers

Migration of Labor from rural area to urban is a common phenomenon in the process of urbanization in China,while vigorously promoting urbanization,but also bring a lot of social problems.Carrying out legal publicity and education in the labor force groups to improve the legal literacy of migrant workers groups is conducive to ensure a good environment for cities,as well as to benefit the development of socialist market economy,and also more conductive to social stability and national peace.On the basis of research on the migration of labor force in China and the study of marginal people,this paper studies the causes and countermeasures of the lack of legal literacy of urban migrant workers.With the economic system reform,China's rural labor force began to enter the city on a large scale,in the form of "migrant workers","peasant workers".The emergence of migrant workers is the inevitable result of economic development and labor mobility,and it is a symbolic proof that the economic system reform has not yet been completed.This paper tries to analyze the problem of the lack of legal literacy of migrant workers in the urban and rural dual social structure.Through the improvement of legal publicity and education,we can help migrant workers merge into the city smoothly.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The introduction part mainly discusses the topic background,the research difficulty,the significance,and the research summary.This paper makes a detailed analysis and summarization of the research on the theory of marginal people,the theoretical research of labor force stage flow and the publicity and education of legal system of migrant workers.This paper briefly introduces and expounds the research framework and research methods of the article,which shows that it is of great practical significance to carry out legal publicity and education of migrant workers.The first chapter mainly elaborates the concrete situation of legal literacy of urban migrant workers.From the perspective of the whole social environment,the inherent thinking mode of our society affects everyone's thinking habits and behavior patterns;At the same time,there are frequent criminal acts,weak awareness of rights,lack of legal literacy and other phenomena in migrant workers group.These analysis of the status pave the way for the subsequent theoretical research.In the second chapter,the paper analyzes the causes of the lack of legal literacy of urban migrant workers.This paper first analyzes the impact of the household registration system on the living conditions of migrant workers from the macroscopic point of view,and then uses the Ranis-Fei model to explain the plight of the legal literacy of migrant workers.Finally,from the perspective of the media,the paper discusses the deficiency of legal publicity.As a result of the lower legal media literacy,the chances of accepting mobile Internet popularization of legal culture are low,leading to the slow promotion of legal literacy and becoming the "desert" of popularization of mobile Internet legal system.In the third chapter,we put forward specific strategies and suggestions to improve the legal literacy.First of all,the active implementation of the "participatory" legal education,so that migrant workers are no longer unfamiliar with the law;secondly,technological change provides a new tool and means for the legal system publicity and education,with the help of "Internet +" and big data technology;Finally,from the above analysis,the process of urbanization of migrant workers need to go through three role conversion stage.According to the different characteristics of each stage,migrant workers can be targeted to the legal publicity and education,which including in the initial stage of the process of education,working group aware of the importance of the law.In the medium term,government can reduce the difficulty in contact with the law for migrant workers.In last stage,government take into account the training of the legal awareness and civic awareness.The working form of the system of propaganda and education of migrant workers should be changed,while the existing work force should be integrated,and the work of various departments should be coordinated to meet the demand of legal education for migrant workers.The last part is the conclusion of this article.Although the promotion of the legal education level of migrant workers is conducive to the construction of urban legal system culture,but the effect of legal publicity and education cannot be achieved overnight.Subject to various factors,legal publicity and education need to further improve the methods to meet the migrant workers Group needs more properly.Legal publicity and education diversification of the main force of cooperation,the integration of existing social resources,while the relevant organizational restructuring and
