Because the migrant workers are an important part of the citizens in our country, it is necessary to improve the legal literacy of the migrant workers.Generally speaking, the migrant workers mainly refer to the farmers who have contracted land in the rural areas, but at the same time becoming permanent or temporary workers engaged in the work of the business.Because of the existence of the dualistic structure of urban and rural, the social identity of the migrant workers is still a farmer.Comparatively speaking, the legal quality of migrant workers is relatively low, which tends to lead them not to use legal weapons to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests, but also lead to a high crime rate of migrant workers.There are many reasons for this situation: the influence of Chinese traditional culture and the reason of the slow development of the current rule of law.Because of the low legal quality of migrant workers, it is necessary and urgent to improve the legal literacy of migrant workers.
